III organizational forum at Turku School of Economics

Dear organizations at TYY

welcome to the third organizational forum on 4.4. starting 4 pm. at the Turku School of Economics.

This third forum for the 2023 has two topics, so called annual ball -workshop, which will be held by our event producer, and accessibility lecture which will be held by guest lecturer Selinä Nera.

These trainings will be held in Finnish but incase needed the English materials can be provided.

Program

This time the lectures/workshops will both start at 4pm. Both of these lectures will happen in School of Economics: the accessibility lecture will be in Lähitapiola -lecture hall and the annual celebration workshop in OP- lecture hall (both lecture halls locate from the main entrance to the left next to each other).

Annual Ball workshop (TYY's Event Producer Hanna)

• This one is not a lecture but a workshop! So join with your whole anniversary team if your like, and work on your Annual Ball and share ideas with other organisations and TYY's Event Producer.

Accessibility (Selinä Nera/Equality Wing)

• In the training we go through how to organize accessible events
