Wings pre-vappu sitz
All of TYY's 5 Wings (Environmental, Equality, Development Cooperation, Culture, and International Wing) have come together to hold the most epic pre-Vappu themed Sitz! The event will be held in English and students of all disciplines are welcome!
The Sitz takes place in Osakuntasali (Turun Yo-talo B, Rehtorinpellonkatu 4-6B) on Thursday the 20th of April at 18.00. The Sitz will cost 12€ (alcoholic) / 10€ (non-alcoholic).
The price includes:
- patch made for this occasion
- two mild drinks (cider, beer or non-alcoholic) + two shots
- 3 course meal: appetizer (vegan), a main course (meat/vegetarian/vegan), dessert (vegan)
In spirit of 0-waste food, we will be serving Unica's left-over food. Therefore, we do not know exact quantities of main options for the day beforehand, and we ask you to select underneath your preferred main option.
For it being pre-vappu party - sima and munkki will of course be included!
The registration is binding and you'll have to pay the price even if you won't be able to attend on the day. Instructions for payments will be shared later to the participants.
The participant reservation is 53 people - so don't hesitate for too long or you'll miss your chance!
Theme is VAPPU and we encourage you to wear anything vappu-themed you already own instead of buying any new attire.
As in all of TYY's event, we will adhere to the principles for Safer Space. This means that we and all participants of Sitz establish an open, interactive and respectful atmosphere. Any type of harassment is forbidden. There will be appointed harrasment persons to whom you can talk to at any point. The location is chosen for its unimpeded access, though unfortunately the fully wheelchair-friendly restroom is not immediately available.
