Synapsi ry is the association for geography and biology students in University of Turku. Both international and Finnish students are welcome to join our community to create new connections and to get to know what Finnish student life looks like.

We organize different kinds of cultural events, parties, hangouts as well as weekly sport shifts around the year. With Synapsi you also get to go hiking or camping in the nature and can participate on excursions to other cities as well as visits to companies with career options related to geography or biology. Members of Synapsi have a free access to the botanical garden in Ruissalo and the Biological museum of Turku. Every autumn you will also get the chance to purchase the green student overalls of Synapsi. We also sell sustainably made sweatshirts with our logo once or twice a year.
