II Organizational Forum 14.2. Turku School of Economics

Dear organizations at TYY

welcome to the February organizational forum on 14.2. starting 4 pm. at the Turku School of Economics. The second forum for the 2023 actives handles topics from association finances, data protection (GDPR), applying for the TYY financial support, and equality and confronting inappropriate behavior.

Program

Training is organized in two separate parts, with a coffee break in between. NB! The more detailed locations of each of the training will be announced closer to the start of the event.

Starting at 4 pm.

Association finances (Lähitapiola)

• Training includes association finances ja practical instruction on e.g. book keeping

GDPR/Data protection (Elovena)

• Training includes the basics of legislation concerning the GDPR and proper storing of personal data

Environmental training by the TYY Environmental Wing (Osuuskauppa)

• The Environmental Wing gives an introduction to the TYY environmental guide and the environmental program, and practical instructions and guidelines on how organizations can take environmental issues in to consideration in their daily operation.

Starting at 5 pm.

Confronting inappropriate behavior and harassment in organizations (Elovena)

• Training includes on how to confront inappropriate behavior or harassment in association’s events or between the members of the association.

TYY financial support for organizations (Osuuskauppa)

• Training includes the basic information on the financial support available for organizations in TYY, and the criteria used in giving out the support.

TYY can compensate the travel costs of association representatives per the lowest cost of public transportation available, one person from every organization for every training.
