Siipien ydintiimi eli siipien hallitus jakaa tarpeellisiksi katsomansa tehtävät tasapuolisesti vastuualueittain. Siipien ydintiimin tulee valita keskuudestaan ainakin seuraavat: puheenjohtaja, varapuheenjohtaja ja sihteeri.

The Wings core team, i.e. the Wings board, distributes tasks they deem necessary fairly across different areas of responsibility. The Wings core team must elect at least the following from among themselves: a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, and a Secretary.
