Opening hours of the Service Point
You can find the TYY Service Point on the ground floor of Student House A (Ylioppilastalo A). After entering the building, take the door on the right. If you have any questions, for example about student cards, don't hesitate to visit the Service Point and ask.
Opening hours:
- Mon Closed
- Tue - Thu 12-14:00
- Fri 14-16:00
- If you have trouble entering the building due to the door having no automation, call the phone number listed at the top of this page.
Year 2024 schedule:
- Closed on Fri 15.3.
- Easter: Closed on Fri 29.3. and Mon 1.4.
- Vappu: open Mon 29.4. 12-14, closed Tue 30.4. and Wed 1.5.
- Ascension Day: Closed 9.-10.5.
- Closed on Thu 13.6.
- Summer holidays: from Midsummer week till the beginning of August
- Winter holidays: 20.12.2024- 9.1.2025
The Student Union's executive board and specialists
You can find the board and the specialists, including the International Affairs Specialist, on the ground floor of Student House A (Ylioppilastalo A). After entering the building, take the door on the left.

Starting Package Storage
Exchange students can borrow a package with household items from the Starting Package Storage. The students return the package before they leave Turku.

As a member of the Student Union, you can get free legal advice:
