International council #3

Save the date for our third International Council meeting on Tuesday 10 November, 15:00–16:30 at Turku-sali!

We’ll discuss how the start of the academic year went, including orientation, international tutoring, and the opening carnival/welcome fair. This is an opportunity to share what worked well, what could be improved, and any feedback from your organisation or international students.

We’ll also introduce the international sector’s plans in TYY’s 2027 action plan (TOSU27), covering support for international students’ participation, cooperation between tutors and organisations, and the next steps for internationalisation grants. We’d like to hear your opinions and suggestions.

There will be time for a round-table discussion of handover notes for incoming organisation board members.

We hope you can join and contribute to the discussion. We encourage participants to attend on site if possible, but a Zoom link can be provided for representatives who cannot attend in person upon request (email tyy-kv@utu.fi if you need the link).
