How to activate UTU account?

The International Office contacted the IT Services of UTU and asked how to activate your user ID at UTU. Unfortunately, during Christmas time they have limited opening hours so be prepared that there is a queue waiting for you.

The International Office is sorry for this and asks you to be patient. Unfortunately, we cannot fasten the process to give your user ID earlier.

You will need the UTU user ID in order to access the UTU web systems and to enroll for the courses.

University Chaplains’ services spring 2021

The University Chaplains offer low-threshold counselling free of charge to all members of the Turku University community (students, personnel, doctoral candidates etc.) Counselling can support you when you think that it could be beneficial to have a discussion with someone who is bound by professional confidentiality and is not a member of your study or work community. Counselling can also be the support you need while you are waiting for other professional help. There is no requirement for you to be Christian nor to be religious at all. What will be discussed is what you need to talk about. Spirituality and religion will only be discussed if that is what you would like.

Greetings from Study in Finland!

We hope you’ve had a nice start for 2021! Would you be interested to be featured in a forthcoming “Student Stories” section of our official website and social media channels which will assist prospective international students to know what it’s like to live and study in Finland? Video interviews will be organized via Teams on the first week of February and written excerpts of the interview will be published in the coming months.
