News | 18.8.2017

Frank card company has fixed the problem and you can order the student card by using student number on their website.

You should have got your student number from the university. Remember to use your Finnish address and the cards will be delivered to your home in Finland. Remember to inform the post office of your change of address as soon as you can so you can ensure your mail is delivered to the correct address immediately after the move.

You can read more on Posti’s website.

In case you want to wait to order the Frank app (free of charge, available of Apple and Android phones), you have to wait until you receive your Finnish id number. If you come from non EU country, you might have got the Finnish id number already when applying for residence permit. In case not, you will get a chance to get Finnish id number on Student Centre on 29 and 30 August (at 10-12 and 13-15). You will get more info in the orientation. Once you have got your Finnish id number, remember to send it to registration@utu.fi so that your personal details can be updated.
