What is it? The Challenge Turku is a 24 hour Innovation Camp for students. During the Camp, the participants work in multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions to given challenges. Every team has a dedicated tutor, who will help and guide the team throughout the Challenge. In addition, the tutors will participate in planning and executing the innovation camp in close collaboration with the staff organising the Challenge. Also, tutors will have a short training to the subject before the Camp. The working language is English.
Who can apply? Students from all the higher education institutions in Turku are warmly welcomed!
Why to apply? If you see yourself as a proactive and resourceful person, and want to put your project management skills to test by facilitating group work – why not apply! As a tutor you are not expected to be an expert in any field – being creative and supportive is enough. Tutors can have 1 ECTS from the prework (27 h), and 1 ECTS from the Camp (27 h), but pay attention that you should check in advance from your own institution that the credits are accepted into your diploma.
How to apply? Application deadline is 4 February 2015. Fill in your application at: https://www.webropolsurveys.com/S/835EB3602F7BEA77.par
