New semester is a great reason to start something new. ISTU and Joogakerttuli offers you an easy practice where you'll learne the basics of yoga e.g. breathing, concentrating as well as the basic poses used in practices. This training will be ran in small groups giving a great opporturnity to ask and learn the basics of yoga properly! All you need is some comfy clothes and a bottle of water.
We offer 75min session of Yoga for beginners for only 4e (for ISTU members, 8e for non ISTU). We're limited to 14 participants, therefore to register you should message ISTU, pay the 8e ticket to ISTU's bank account and send the payment confirmation to ISTU- that easy! Note, that ISTU members will get a refund (4e) upon arrival. Just to remind you, ISTU membership is 3e/year, or 5e/2years and that enables you to get a discount on all our events! One doesn't have to study business to know it's worthy ;)

Introduction to Easy Rocket®
This class is a good start for your own yoga practice. It moves slower with more detail on alignment. The first part of class will warm-up with Sun Salutations. The standing series promotes balance and symmetry in the body and tones up the process of detoxification and strength. The final part of class is a deeper focus on seated postures with the intention of keeping poses modified and accessible to each student’s individual level. A seated meditation will conclude the practice with deep relaxation in Savasana. Class introduces the practitioners to the breathing and movement techniques used specifically in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
