Committee on Student Affairs

The TYY Committee on Student Affairs (Edunvalvontavaliokunta) promotes the interests of students in the policies of education, social, well-being and equality. In its meetings, the Committee discusses topical matters concerning student interests, organizes open discussions and takes care of different student interest projects together with other Student Union actors. Important projects for. During this year, the Committee has been concerned with matters like equality, free education and the student grant. The Committee helps in these projects by being a source of information, taking part in discussion and helping in organising certain events.
