TYY Committee on International Affairs

The TYY Committee on International Affairs organises activities concerning the international sector and handles the PR on these activities. It also works as a link between the actors of the sector and the members of TYY. The TYY Committee on International Affairs aims at internationalising the campus area by promoting contact and between local and international students, by encouraging local students to take part in exchange programmes, by getting involved with the special interests of international exchange and degree students, developing English-language media and communication at the University of Turku and TYY and also by organising special events and campaigns.

The committee activities are open to everyone and it is possible to get involved even mid term. The committee’s meetings are generally arranged twice a month, and when needed work groups are formed and events organised with certain themes in mind.
